Universal Energy Corp (UVSE)

It is not unsual when they see a stock going down in volume is a lost of intrest. Like all the sub penny stocks so far that I have seen any loss of volume they start selling. So far UVSE has not gone down either to it's original .0001 and .0002 like most stocks do on a pump and dump they just go back where they started. It's all specualation until Raley announces something to this stock. There is always shorters, naked shorters and pumps and dumps to stocks like these. However so far it has been a few weeks and this one has not fallen. I hope it doesn't would rather see it start moving up. I wonder what they are doing back going to .0003 very odd INMHO then to bounce back to the .0004 and .0005. We will see what happens.
