It works like this:
Take a Shell,. conduct a MASSIVE R/S to affect a share price of a High dollar amount so that Newb's say {WOW look at what it ONCE traded at!!} {This .001 is a DEAL!!!} Once the game is ready, Effect a forward split. Put out press release like they did in May stating that It is intended to make the MockingBird a producing Gold Mine in 2008. Along the way put out multiple press releases of share buy backs, Sprinkle in about Guaranteeing to become a Reporting Company, and of course My favorite, :Takeover Bid Goes Hostile:, The Company sells as many shares as possible, The use a known public Mantra that most know in the public to gain interest[DRILL BABY DRILL}, Then hit full speed about drilling, assay results {VERY SOON} Website Going Live, and the Mighty J/V is going to up tons of shares!!!Whats this? The Company is going to be Dual listed!!!And yet it NEVER happens AND IS NEVER Spoken about again by the Company. Promise a paydate for Dividends on 2/5/09 and Say or print nothing about the Dividend pay date for SEVEN DAYS LATER and Bury it on the bottom of a Press Release, Blame the fact of no divi on a 3rd party. Put out pr's saying the Company has lots of moneys to move forward etc on drilling phase two. Once the Company is played out and the NEW shell is almost ready, Have a mysterious poster show up and start posting emails from the CEO of the Company stating Lumb is going to Pull Out and its the SHAREHOLDERS fault. Go 3 plus weeks with out a Press release and Then Bang have a poster post an Email indicating that a Reverse Split is coming and the meeting of the minds is at hand.. And this brings Us all to the present. What is next?
