I heard from several current tenants that Steve Wynn will buy a small mall owned by GGP at the corner of Maryland and Desert Inn - tear it down - move his golf course there and construct two more towers where the golf course currently is located. Simply heresay at this point, but Mr. Wynn could also buy the Fashion Show mall located directly across the street from the WYNN.
