I hope the offer is from someone like DOW to give them the capital & resources to grow the company and protect their assets. Posting 110597 about Agricycle concern me. There is going to be more competition and if EESO is better capitalized I think it is better for us just as long as they leave them as a separate operating company for the next 5 yrs.
