I was surprised to see the "Caveat Emptor" warning on HGLC Pink Sheets.

"Consequently, Pink OTC Markets has removed the quotes from this website until adequate current information is made available by the issuer pursuant to Pink OTC Markets Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information (PDF) and until Pink OTC Markets believes there is no longer a public interest concern."

Perhaps HGLC simply has to provide adequate current information, and then all will be well. After all, HGLC stated that they are working on moving up to the OTCBB as a SEC reporting company. A small intermediate step would be to comply with Pink Sheets simple reporting policies.
