I would love to find out who pushed this relationship? Did Conforce go begging to Bayer, or was it the other way around? In a past letter they had said something about Singamas approaching them but they turned them down. Bayer seems like the perfect replacement for the Royal Group's void. Only with somebody like Bayer can they really go global with a product like EKO-FLOR.

"Thank you for your email. We are aware of the Singemas composite product, however, we do not consider their solution to be competitive with ours. With respect to performance, cost and weight, we are confident that their product has not achieved the same level of advanced material and design characteristics as EKO-FLOR. In fact, Singemas has contacted us numerous times in order to evaluate our product for possible representation through their manufacturing system in Asia. We elected to not enter into formal arrangements. Regarding their ability to disclose the identity of their trial customer, with all due respect to Crowley, they are not a highly ranked International shipping line. As such, they may welcome the exposure. Alternatively, the customers with whom we are dealing are significantly larger firms whose decisions can influence the industry. Understandably, confidentiality is important to them. Until the trials are complete and we have been given clearance to communicate the details of our business arrangements, we will continue to respect their requests. From all of us at Conforce, we wish you all the best for the holiday season! CFRI - Investor Relations"
