As I see things now, I'd prefer no buyout.
People are just talking about the conversion ratio, but no one has talk about the liquidation ratio. I guess that will not impact common shares price that much though, but it is still an issue.
If there is not buyout, we can receive dividends in the short to mid-term. We can receive even a higher dividend than preferred shares! Another thing positive would be to retire the prefer shares. And if they announce no buyout, the pps will drop pretty bad and I'll be able to buy some -a lot more- cheap shares.
So I'd be pretty happy if Jared announces no buyout =)
