Enemem, I'm not that worried about insomnia, since any Ampakine induced insomnia would be counterbalanced by an improvement in the ability to sleep due to the reduction in the SA symptoms.

As I see it, the bigger question is whether an Ampakine can improve muscle tone of the posterior pharynx after only one dose. If it's like other muscles, it may take some time to increase/firm up muscle tone. So the multi-dose SA trial would be the better place to gauge improvements in the obstructive aspect of SA. Unfortunately we won't be testing multiple dosing in this trial.

A single dose could be expected to help in central type SA though, so that's our best bet for this particular trial.
