Not that a damn is given, but, I’m saddened by ENCS failure to follow through (again) with their announced Financials Release, (due yesterday, April 3, 2009), as per;

OXFORD, MS -- (Marketwire) -- 03/24/09 -- Encore Energy Systems (PINKSHEETS: ENCS) announced today it scheduled a release date of 3 April 2009 for its 2008 financial results for the period ending December 31, 2008.

(But I must give it to the words used, scheduled a release date of 3 April 2009. which technically didn't make 3 April 2009 a Target date. *wink-*wink)

But it was also redated following a previous failed follow through, as per a PR back on;

OXFORD, MS -- (Marketwire) – 02/26/09 -- Encore Energy Systems (PINKSHEETS: ENCS)

Where within which stated;

Published financial reports on the combined entities no later than 1 March 2009. Guidance on 2008 performance to be released before financial reports.

(and this was stated without technicalities)

Although pinks aren’t obligated under any accountability of what they type, per the Safe Harbor Act, declaimed at the end of their press releases and therefore releases them to print whatever the hell they want, even while knowingly not meaning any of it, pretty much says it all.

I’m beginning to wonder whether these Money Milking Pinks are part of the whole governmental scheme to generate capital, in places unlikely observed by surrounding eyes.

As there are millions of scamming pinks in the market, with each milking the hell out of their group of countless and unsuspecting investors, while no one (In charge) –i.e. the SEC, seems to give a damn.

In fact, Laws were created to protect them. Is this because of the hands that are benefiting from all the capital generated from ripped-off investors? World Wide?

Somewhat synonymous to the state lottery tickets.

Where 90% of them are knowingly printed out as losers, from which generates “anticipated” funds for state usages.

The remaining 10% winning tickets, simply keeps the 90% losing tickets flowing.

Taking from a different perspective; -“IMO”

AS for ENCS, the Financials may yet come over the weekend, through into next week.

Perhaps they’re minimizing flippers, (or shaking the trees), by calculatedly delaying the report in hopes that disgruntled investor and weak hands, would bail out so upon the release of the Financials Report, there will not likely be as many flippers to drive down the PPS.

Therefore the PPS may likely have a stronger rising-interest (pun intended).

Through it all, I really don’t believe one should be so quick to call this company a scam, simply because it didn’t turn up the cards one may want to see.

No one knows what the hell is going on behind their doors, good or bad.

Interestingly enough, it’s somewhat a privilege that Pinks put out a PR’s.
They aren’t obligated to PR anything at all.
Let alone give its shareholders an inside scoop of their doings. -But also in doing so, brings benefit to their bottom-line.

But until ENCS decides to kick me to the curve, I will NOT kick them to the curve.

In fact, I’ll be taking great advantages of these low prices and buy more shares.

$100 / .0002 = 500,000 shares and tucked away in a SAFE until further notice.

(I’ve lost several times this playing the state lottery and all I’ve gained was something else for the campfires)

And if nothing becomes of this company, I’ll just sell at a loss.
-it’s ok, I’ll simply send the bill to Uncle-Sam on my next tax filings.

(Hay Uncle SAM, wouldn’t you rather I make profits and then send you a CHECK?)
