Check again MEDT's 15-12G (Jun 14, 2007) form and check the signature, Ari Bass as Chief Executive Officer, witch means that hi is the one that complete the R/M and Rick Wilson came after that....I didn't play SLVO/MEDT R/M but when I first noticed the changes on pinksheets for POPT I had to do some DD on him so I end up at MEDT....hope this will help...G/L.
