My random post for this weekend.

At my company we have been dipping our toes into Facebook and Twitter to spread the word and help out customers. Is there something here for WNBD? Worth thinking and wrapping your mind around it. This is the way we are going to be communicating in the future, Businesses can do common things and get common results, or you can do some uncommon things to get uncommon results. There are a few WNBD tweets from the past but they are speculative stock related. Couldn't hurt to get a few more tweets about us.

Other business owners are using Twitter for market research and to keep an eye on customer service issues.
