NEOM emailed me back. I contacted them earlier today. I got what looks like the same reply as had been posted here earlier.

Greg-

As you may know, the previous judge assigned to the NeoMedia/ScanBuy case passed away and we have been assigned to a new judge. There was an error in scheduling today's hearing and not all parties (including NeoMedia) were notified. The error was acknowledged and the hearing has been re-set for 4/17. Obviously this case is of high importance and this was disconcerting to us as well, however, it was not a situation that we had knowledge of and therefore could have avoided.
Unrelatedly, we have rescheduled our Shareholder Conference Call to follow our 10k filing for which we requested an extention of our filing deadline. It would not make much sense to have a conference call on 4/7 and another on 4/21 to cover the financials - as a public company we always try to sync the calls with our quarterly or year end filing.
