TA....One of the SEC requirements is to disclose in the filings a felony status. His felon status, for the moment, is without doubt, as it is registered in the FL departement of Corrections and even Mcbride recognized it.....

Not disclosing it in the filings is being open to any SEC investigation or reprimand....This could affect the stock itself, and certainly could deter new investors to invest in the stock. The best solution, as FG already suggest it, would be for Mcbride to nominate a competent CEO and take a back seat....
