On other boards, people seem to believe that it will hit at least .40 withing the next 2 or 3 weeks and that it starts running as soon as RACK reveals details about the acquisition of SGIC.
I think to put a guarantee on the .40 is a bit bold but it may actually max out somewhere between .30 and .40, IMO of course.
I'd be happy if it got to .30. I am holding 12k averaging .19.
