There's no significant incentive for Mr. Curtis to print more shares at this point. Rule 144 says he needs to hold shares for a year before he can sell them on the open market so he's doing what a growing number of penny stocks with no value are doing--printing shares now in the hopes of successfully promoting in the future.

In the meantime he's doing the unfortunately not-too-uncommon practice of putting out $400 press releases and variable cost pay-per-promote "analyses" to go fishing for investors. As long as unscrupulous penny stock operators can recoup the cost of the promotion event by selling shares, they'll keep doing it. Hopefully he ends up in jail before he ever has any significant success.




Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product even more revolutionary.
