Drago is the biggest shareholder, he isn't working against his own interests, yet many think he is working against theirs. He's certainly better than that Nica crook was.
You are angry, Turrini was cut out in a rather unpleasant manner, but if you and all your important people can't bring him back, what's to be gained by incessant fuming? I am not aware of details of deals Turrini put on the table, but I recall posts about them earlier this year. CLYW didn't act on them, I think they must have had reasons not to.
I hope reasonable corporate governance practices develop but it will take money the company doesn't have today and will not have for some time.
