The Rule 144 restrictions that were placed on some of the stock issued could have been lifted the day after these shares were given out and they are most probably already in the market. But, being as we have a GAGGED transfer agent we won't know until the next filing.

The Rule 144 restriction time clock starts from the time the debt was incurred.... NOT when the shares are issued.
