I am very happy with how things are working out for us. Frankly, I would be concerned if the CEO was thumping his chest from the highest mountain. The quiet method seems like the best route at this point, there is a lot to be said about gentle persuasion. It sounds like Neustar acknowledges that we have the IP in this case (based on the conversation at CTIA that another poster wrote about). This is significant. Along with the inception of the clearinghouse (that is what it looks like to me), I believe that we are in very good shape going forward. The USPTO ruling was important, and I would not be shocked at all if ScanBuy settles these things out of court. The USPTO ruling was a gamechanger, the lawyers in the room would be better able to discuss this, however, from my perspective the ruling clearly puts the ball in our court. We own the IP in this field, stabilization of the playing field comes next, then comes the revenue. We are in the wild west phase of this market, when the dust settles, we (shareholders of NEOM) will be in one of the best markets around.
