Question for the board.... If it is a done deal and we have been sold do the 300 million shares have to go through the open market or would eeso be able to sell the 300 million to the acquirer in a private transaction? This trading is insane and can't be dilution someone is there picking up the massive share amounts. If it was dilution the price would be droping will massive sells like this.
