UTRM, check it out, looks like it may be getting ready for a run, it had rs of 1:4000 in Jan 2009, finally some decent vol today, it broke the .30, nice buys, hardly any pullbacks...looks like they trying to get people to sell, they keep dropping bid back and then eventually it uts, so far thats whats been happening all morning
