Shooter, I also figured Drago Daic (please note correct spelling is Daic, pronounced "Dai-eech") might be frustrated and ready to sell for pennies.

I watch CLYW stumble along lacking any public guidance from company execs. Shareholders endure, change from 1 master to another, with interim promises from Pattin about prudent corporate governance and shareholder communications, only to have CLYW run short of funds and for Pattin's promises to be left unfulfilled, pending events or outcome of 1 lawsuit, initial response pending.

Thanks to those of you who have the interest, determination and money to follow these proceedings and post them here.

I gleaned from this message board that for all the history, people don't know of current goings on with CLYW. All this ranting is only useful to angry people who need to express it. I have not read one bad word about Turrini on this message board but I have heard what Drago, Richard & Kathy think. Since they are the people controlling and running CLYW, if RP, Cathy and Drago say Cristian Turrini is no longer President of CLYW, done. However, the blow by blow about RP being a weasel is noted.

Since RP will not return calls or answer email, I called Drago and spoke with him. He is much maligned by people on this message board. I think their malice is borne of their ignorance of pertinent facts.

He isn't frustrated, he does not want to sell out to TMobile for pennies, he does not want to take the patent from Calypso because he would need to form another company to handle it and he has other stuff to do. He wants to see this lawsuit through, he wants every CLYW shareholder to be made whole (means that CLYW would be valued higher than ever). He wants TMobile to execute a licensing agreement with CLYW, then CLYW can tell the other 75 infringers to get on the program, too. Overall, it's a great party line, but if he takes a deal, he has the right to do that, too.
DD recognizes Richard's not being paid while CLYW has no money & CLYW cannot issue more shares to raise money or attract management talent, can't have a meeting because they do not have the money to bring their SEC filings current or to attract new management so CLYW sits, waiting for a response from TMobile.
RP spent the money he had, did not accomplish things he said he intended to accomplish, now he gets no pay for being CEO, deserves to be in that position for failing to meet his objectives, but it's a survivable situation.

The Acacia deal might have been a better move than what has been done to date but I do not think it was the best move for CLYW because it would have given Acacia too much. OTOH, if parties who decided against Acacia deal had known the market would be soooo bad and that we would be grasping at straws trying to monitor CLYW because CLYW management has been unwilling to communicate with shareholders, I do think things would be better today for CLYW if the Acacia deal had been executed, but that's not to say that it would have been the right thing to do because as difficult as things are, CLYW has retained all it's right to the 923 patent.

Everything hangs on the outcome of the lawsuit.

<Here is what I think is important. Drago , all along, has shown that he wants to keep the shareholders whole. This has been demonstrated by the original agreement, the extension he signed to sell the patent to Calypso and his continued tolerance of the B/S he hears from some stock holders. He is in a no loose position. If he wants either Richard, Christian or Santa Clause to make this happen I don't care. Once this patent is validated by the industry, running this company will be a "No Brainer". Create a licensing formula to figure how much to charge, have the attorneys mail infringement letters, and deposit checks. There will come a time when Drago has enough, calls the attorney and tells them to call T-Mobile to arrange the sale of this patent. I will bet he is getting close.>
