What rules would that be?

Actually I think it has more to do with Greg thinking HE knows what is relevant and what is irrelevant? Did he hire an attorney that has done this before? Did he call after initially sending paperwork (over 4 weeks ago) to ask if all was there? Did he call weekly to see if there were any problems?

I've seen penny stocks with no employees and ZERO revenue get name changes faster than this!!! What is relevant Greg is that some investors view buying shares in a company with a synbol and name (Intelligent Sports) different than the real company... as a red flag and won't invest. Having the CORRECT name and symbol is RELEVANT and adds legitimacy and does matter. Yes, he is building the company and gets AAA+ for being Mr. PROMO man but new investors do not buy on hype or buy on the come. JMO
