Good. So you really didn't have any problem with what I posted--you were merely asking for clarification. I can certainly help you there: The numbers I posted showing the massive dilution from 5.8 million outstanding shares to 45 million outstanding shares in about a year came from the 10-Q's and 10-K's filed by Magnum at SEC.gov. The last quarterly report alone shows that 30 million of those were issued late last year for 'consulting and bonuses'.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product even more revolutionary.
