sarshee, I'm holding out hope because MXXH updated its sahre structure on pinksheets in January and subsequently filed an SEC FOrrn 8-K on March 17, 2009 after being in silent mode for approximately the 16 months prior. Not sure why they would bother doing either if something wasn't up bu that's strictly a guess on my part.

Substance over style.
