IMO the one we are dealing are the series C convertible
however the goal of some is to drive the price down in order to get the max amount of shares after conversion and a 20% discount

There are a limited number of people (I'm one of them) who converted before the close of business on November 7, 2008. this number won't grow and the problem we having now won't get bigger . That's the good news .

The company made a mistake IMO with this holding period of 3 months of the date of the certificate, but we can't go back , they have to deal with it, now Paul in the meanwhile is doing a tremendous job with the numbers and as soon they attract new accounts we will be Out of the Starting Block. That's the second good news
Until the manipulation is done we are watching in Pain ...
