Re:<"i thought for every buy there was a sell???">
You're thinking about real companies and real transactions where every transaction involves both a buyer and a seller. Whether it's stocks or comic books, it's hard to buy from or sell into thin air. Fortunately, Magnum isn't at all constrained by reality. On this board, virtually all trades are buys and nobody ever sells. In fact, people here are "snapping up" non-existent shares all the time.
The only exception to 'buying from nobody' might be Mr. Curtis printing up almost the entire 45 million shares for free. He can wait a year for each 'tranche' he gives himself in order to follow rule 144 and then sell those shares on the open market at whatever price his promotion convinced investors the company is worth.
Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product even more revolutionary.
