Matt, Some thoughts on possible changes that might benefit me and other administrators of threads on IHUB?

When I use my IHUB email list I get about 20 of these messages in my personal email.

Since my IHUB mailing list only lists IHUB user names it's impossible for me to delete the user because I'm not afforded the users email address. If this can be fixed it would enable me to keep my email list fresh.

Another improvement I would like to see is being able to respond in the manage mode. This would allow me to delete pizzing matches as I go and also respond and bring me back to the next new post. Currently if I read through the thread and mark down posts to delete when I go to manage mode I might have to go back 4 pages to delete a post and when I do I'm returned to the current page and have to go back 4 pages again.

IMO the easier the threads are to manage the more some will be willing to manage and the less volunteers you will need to police areas they don't understand.

Lastly as far as sticky posts go I would hope that could be increased to 5 if an administrator requests it.
