So what's your point Odds? Yes that exhibit is in fact a "CONVERTIBLE PROMISSORY NOTE" and it states like any promissory note that for certain value received, repayment shall be made and it provides terms. Details are not provided in promissory notes, the details are included in the primary filing. Really grasping at straws again aren't you.
