I think the judge will reject the disclosure statement; what follows will be a great deal of pressure for management/bondholders to negotiate a new plan. I would be shocked if the shareholders end up with less than 15% of the new company or more than 40%. But even at the low end, I think current shares are worth $3+. Hey, I wouldn't put my life savings into this, because anything can happen and the judge has a great deal of leeway, but still - I consider this a terrific opportunity.
