Unless it is opened under UPZS it really has no bearing. Unless it is paying franchise fees it's useless to us.

If it is just old UPZS folks DBA some other company they are just screwing shareholders....oh wait...they already did that with all the trips to Disney, Knotts Berry Farms and Patriots games acting like big shots.

Good thing JV's house was in his wife's name. ;)
