I agree a REGDEX can be used to dilute, although the fact is that an SEC code 505 and 506 REGDEX requires any shares distributed to be restricted for at least 1 year. I rarely trade Pinks so i understand Your concern. However, if one looks at the way PRPM trades for the last year, dilution is hardly a concern. Funny you mention Podium Venture in your post PODM, i owned a ton of it and went through the first R/S under CEO Jim Mcginley...also PODM had a dubious history and the shell was property of a scumbag named Richard ASTROM who has bilked many an investor here on Ihub. Truth is PODM diluted before, during and after the REGDEX. And as I recall, the REGDEX for podium wasnt posted on pinksheets.com. Anyway, I appreciate your info. I am not used to pumping and dumping on ihub. The reason I am posting on here about PRPM (PROPALMS INC.) is to increase volume...LOL...so a little dilution is exactly what I am looking for you might say...I also understand the expertise of the Micro Daytrading skill possessed by many people on this board, and quite frankly am amazed by it. However, i am not a newbie in the pit, and have booked over 20000 trades in FX and have some expertise in CREDIT SPREADs in options. Thanks again, and I hope you dont mind me promoting PRPM, a company i believe is going to be something soon. Time for a shameful pump!...LOL...PRPM audit deadline is APR 30 2009, Company is approaching nearly 150,000 US dollars in sales a month with a 3 million dollar market cap. It has a new VPN (virtual private network) product in field tests and is due for sales in AUG 09. It has large exposure in INDIA (the 800lb gorilla in the room) and if you call TRIDEX SYSTEMS (the distributor of PROPALMS in the USA) 1-303-925-1375 they will be glad to talk to you about ProPalms product. Unlike so many Companies on the pinks, that DO NOT, NOR WANT to sell something valuable, PROPALMS really has a good product, with good sales, and good tech support for that product....I really believe PROPALMS will be listed on the NASDAQ with in 2 years.....thanks for reading....ED
