Was it obvious in my first post last night that I was referring to the auditor's opinion? Yes. Is it obvious that auditor only audits YE financials? Of course (at least to most). Play all the semantic games that you want, but issuing a statement expressing doubt in the company's ability to continue is a serious matter.

I don't want Torvec to fail; I am just being realistic. There is a reason the company has no debt. No one will loan them money. Will there continue to new equity available to the company? If things keep going as they have been the equity will dry up. Do you think they can continue to accumulate losses and find funding into eternity? Sadly you probably do.
