They need the money
or Someone wants to collect / recoup some money
They give the PR
Then all of a sudden
They give the impression of a run with the help of the MM
People buy in
After profit is taken
Price drops back tp .0001-.0002
This happens all the time in the Pennies when the price is being controlled

I'm one of those buy ins for more of this stock @ .0003 on that PR Run
You know what I did at .0007

If you cant beat'em join 'em

I just hope I know when the run will be toward the dollars
