This is getting real interesting soon...he knows his shareholders are not happy. I wonder if one perfectly timed class action would shut him down right now along with any corp business including merges if any? Make him answer to us and have him open his books through discovery motions. He's treated us like a second hand pair of shoes with holes in them. Set us up to invest all of our money and never gave us any respect with regards to our investment. What would his answers be in court if he were to somehow get sued by his shareholders in a class action?
