Since COR is likely to fundamentally change it's charter shortly, why couldn't they split into 2 new companies? One would own CX-717 for RD, the other would keep everything else. Create a competition clause between the two that secure identical pricing for any drugs that make it to market so there would be no fear that one company would suffer from off-label prescriptions due to a lower price on one.

I am beginning to like the idea of issuing massive shares in a PIPE, doing a reverse split, then re-emerging as a new company. Then issuing more shares at a better price. If Cortex could be reformed, have $50M in cash, that would be much better. I could suffer through my dilution as long as they were viable for the foreseeable future.

Still, it would be best to get the IP into strong, capable hands. The current management doesn't give me that confidence.
