People can't predict the movement of Big Boards let alone pennies, so you never know. With a low float anything can move, although I contend that PERMANENT big moves only happen on news. Flippers don't care about permanent moves, which is fine.

I will disagree with "thick bid". L2 bid has been thin for a while.

At least, just from a static point of view, the ask looks thin. But there is a wall at .003 it seems...and this makes sense. Between here and there is where the flippers are playing.

Maybe shareholders will get an update soon...otherwise, as can be seen from the last month's postings, the charts haven't moved this...they can't.
