what i dont get is how do they pay their attorneys if they are flat broke. How do they pay the game developers? how did pk pay for the pr last week. it appears ludlow wasnt doing something(whatever that was) that it was supposed to be doing and thats why pk let them go. cephas obviously has money to do all of the above. does the sec take shares for the 10k? i dont think so. i also dont see anywhere in the filings about accountants or lawyers taking shares. where does this money come from? do you still think cephas is flat broke?
