The Pr did state that the Outstanding float was 658 mil right?? so then we can legitimately believe that the float should be at 58 mil if this rescind passes?? Correct????
But even if the float is at 358 mill right now, it really doesn't trade like it is does it?? I dunno, i understand the short and whatever, but the trading really has confused me recently. Never seen anything like it, i've seen stocks with billions of OS uptick and hold better.. All i know is huge things in the works.. Gonna be big!!
