It appears as if the board of directors is again controlling 50% of the shares. I do not expect them to release 400 million shares anytime soon. We might dip all the way to .0025 again on these "great" filings, but without dilution I don't think it will go lower. Contrarily, I think we are poised to move up.
But what do I know, they already screwed us over twice. At this point it's a guessing game.
