If a bankrupcy if filed by TTR-HP I would think that leaves Aero Performance Products (AERP) as an empty shell (with 2.6 bil shares outstanding).

The company --- TTR-HP (dba Aero Exhaust) is the only asset of Aero Performance Products (AERP) and those assets are tied up by Richards, who now has his own little company --- Performance Exhaust Products, LLC.

It sure appears that the NASCAR lawsuit against TTR HP is for a BIG chunk of change and will probably force TTR HP to file for bankrupcy as they would have no means of paying this settlement on top of all the others and all other notes past due.

If this is the way it plays out which appears likely, there will be quite a few big bag holders here.
