The store, at 3779 Route 13, formerly operated as a WiseBuys store before the merger with Hacketts in November 2007. Hacketts, owned by Seaway Valley Capital Corp., has stores in Gouverneur, Canton, Potsdam, Watertown, Massena, Ogdensburg, Hamilton, Tupper Lake and Sackets Harbor.
A former employee at the Pulaski location called the Times, saying the store had closed after the end of business on Saturday. A manager who answered the phone at the store Monday said it is closed.
Attempts Monday to reach corporate officers were unsuccessful.
Evidently our CEO was sunning himself with his family in his expensive living quarters in florida while ordering expensive items to show everyone he is a bigshot.
