What's going to happen is that people are going to be confused by this numbering system. They don't even pretend to back this up with any benchmaks. People will assume that Sempron 3100+ is faster than the Athlon 64 on the shelf next to it at 3000+. Funny how the AMD fans cried long and hard claiming Celeron devalued mhz and now this? Model numbers have become absolutely absurd. Especially when you compare it to Dothan. People may wrongly assume that 2200+ or even a sempron 3100+ is faster than a 2GHZ dothan. Of course since AMD has no money no one will bother to sue:)
