No, if the wells from Ness are down due to mechanical problems, and Ness has filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy, it means they didn't have the money to fix the problems. These wells would be relatively cheap to bring production back on line as they are already drilled, just a matter of getting the equipment back up and functioning. This would quickly increase UVSE's production and revenues and would pay for itself in a very short time.
