I would temper the optimism for an immediate reaction based upon attendance at this conference. The reason to do events like these is to get the product/service in front of influential people so that they can see it for themselves. Things generally take quite a bit longer to trickle down than I think is being anticipated here. It is very good to be there, but please don't react with disappointment when there are no imminent contracts being proffered.
