BETAPRO MANAGEMENT INC. ANNOUNCES UNIT SPLIT AND CONSOLIDATION
BetaPro Management Inc., as trustee and manager, intends to split the units of Horizons BetaPro NYMEX Natural Gas Bear Plus ETF and consolidate the units of Horizons BetaPro NYMEX Natural Gas Bull Plus ETF.
Unit split
After the Toronto Stock Exchange closes for trading on April 14, 2009, the Horizons BetaPro NYMEX Natural Gas Bear Plus ETF units will be split and will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on April 15, 2009, and the split will become effective on April 17, 2009, for unitholders of record on that date.

Unit consolidation
After the TSX closes for trading on April 14, 2009, the units of Horizons BetaPro NYMEX Natural Gas Bull Plus ETF will be consolidated and will begin trading on a consolidated basis on April 15, 2009, the effective date of the consolidation.
