To help clear up this issue on PreHisitn launch timing, what was actually publicly announced on January 21, 2009 is the following from the last PR released and states:

Chas Radovich, the CEO of Cobalis, said, “We are very excited to have MDC represent us in the international distribution community. They are extremely well connected in all territories that Cobalis plans to penetrate. This will expedite our ability to launch PreHistin overseas and will coincide with our initial launch first quarter 2009 in the United States.”

All else is conjecture and not helpful.

One would expect PreHistin launch very soon based on that announcement, but unless it is today, technically Cobalis and MDC missed the announced launch date from the joint January 21, 2009 announcement with link above.

This is not good from a management execution standpoint if they miss their own announced first Qtr domestic launch deadline, IMO, but does not necesarily mean it will not happen very soon. One can only hope.
