Real Math: The wnbd CEO recently claimed ,,,

that wnbd sells , ONLY 1 Bottle , every 2 minutes ,
WorldWide , as of last Month. [UNverifiable , of course ,
so it can't be any higher.]

That's 30 Bottles per hour ,
Which is 720 Bottles per day .

Probably most of that is sold through Canadian WM + HD ,
which is ~600 [?] Big Box Stores , with high traffic ,
and levelled-off sales ; because wnbd has been selling
through them , and paying for ads , for a year.

So, All of wnbd's other 'outlets' [possibly 1000 TrueValue's
and Ace's and AnyThing Else's] would be lucky to be selling
the remaining 120 bottles per day , Combined.

Which is , Only 1 bottle Every 8 Days.

Bottom-Line #1 : We expect that wnbd will be very lucky to
even sell 1 bottle per day , through Only their absolute
best high-traffic big-box locations , forever. And, much
less at Any small-box location that is ever 'signed-up'
by any Orgil-type distributor. Which includes 'the military'
because wnbd soap is only on their 'approved list' , [which
is Not hard to achieve] , and probably Not even on 99% of
the shelves on military bases , and Never will be.

Furthermore ; wnbd is Not even a 'repeat' item , like milk
or eggs. It's a 'stain remover' , that a few people might
buy One Time , and Never Use It Up , For 20 Years.

Real Math #2 : wnbd's 'wholesale price' can't be $4 ;
because some stores already sell it retail for $8 , and
Must be making a profit , after several steps of packaging
and shipping and handling and leaking and everything else.

We guess that the average wholesale price must be about $2
per bottle ; plus shippings/etc's , resulting in a cost of
no more than $3 to the retailer , when placed on his shelf.
Then , he's lucky to sell it for $9 retail , many months
later , after wasting his valuable shelf space. [Because
the average 'repeat' customer only 'needs' another bottle ,
20 years later.]

So, wnbd gets $2 per bottle, out-the-door from SureFil; but
surely Surefil keeps ~$1.60 per bottle for the bottle plus
labels plus ingredients plus mixing machines plus labor plus
etc's plus profit After Taxes.

Leaving, at best, 40 cents per bottle for wnbd's Gross
Revenue. BEFORE wnbd's exec's + other salaries , and rent ,
and advertising , and cars , and conventions , and pay-offs
to Niagra-Missed , and interest payments to the 'Preferreds'
and lawyers + accountants , and insurance , and utilities ,
and many more etc's.

Bottom-Line #2 : Pretty Simple. And even admitted by the
wnbd CEO. They are Still Stuck In "Phase #1" of their
6-phase 'business plan' [for 3 years , so far] , where
Cash-Burning is Guaranteed until the Middle of "Phase #4" ,
which must be at least 5-10 years away [assuming that the
common longs keep averaging down long enough + fast enough].

"Phase #1" is 'Under $1 Million'
"Phase #4" is '$5-$50 Million' , so 'the middle' = $27 Million

If wnbd were near $1 Million today , and doubled every year ,
it would take them more than 4.5 years to hit $27 Million.

extra , Sincerely .

By the way. IGA is no big deal. They are just an
"Association" of Independent Grocers ; kinda like TrueValue
and Ace are with Hardware. Most 'investors' never heard of
IGA. And, the few that have ever seen one, all know that
it's no big deal. In fact, they are over-priced, and tend
to be stuck in small towns.

None of IGA's 'associated' stores has to carry
Anything that they 'approve' to buy from wnbd. And, it's
only going to even be 'available' in a small part of
Australia, which itself is smaller than California in
population , but spread-out like the U.S.A. And, their
'average family income' is 30% less , in purchasing power ,
than the U.S.A. average. That's why the PR flopped.

Averaging-Down is profitable for shorters, only [and All pinky CEOs].
