Ofcourse you were told by one of your unamed sources?

I noticed the barely legible disclaimer on the site.

Luckily I was able to print it and of course send the link with some other info to the SEC for their amusement.

The SEC as you may know can cut through the "private" domain "whois" registration. I've been told that is quite helpful .
