It is fairly simple. Accusing me of being "the front man that is shortin" or taking kickbacks, then telling the world that they will regret doing business with me is slander.
The fact of the matter is that I do not know pd or if he is Scott Webber, then I do know him! I am identified, out in the open. Pd lurks in the shadow of Scott Webber (the ceo of ECMH). More facts are that we are responsible for raising aprox $4.5mm as an advocate of ECMH. So now we short the stock? We do not own any stock of ECMH nor trade it. However, ECMH does owe Envision money so that may be pd's motivation here.
In my opinion, NIR is owed a lot of money by ECMH and the only thing they do is smear the funders, which is pd's tie in to smear Envision. Look at the filings of ECMH, Envision's promissory note is in there. But now Envision is the bad guy solely to diflect blame. I have not done business with ECMH in almost 1 1/2 years and they probably have not raised any money since!
If Envision is so bad, then set up an Envision board. Your talk of other companies, attorneys or funders that talk bad about me is completely baseless!...or otherwise name names! So yes stoxx, the company that pd pumps for online owes Envision money and the things he says are slanderous as the only thing Envision did is raise money for ECMH from NIR and then Envision reinvested its own money into ECMH. Shame on Envision!
