Hi Eric-- I can't say when as there are a multitude (beyond simply the attorney verification requirements on financials) of bullet points to be fulfilled by us for Pink Sheets/OTC and we are currently knocking them down-- I would think another 5-6 weeks total with everything that's happening right now, but I can't say to be exact. I will confer with our VP of Operations to see where we are with that list.
